Welcome to Two Rock Aikido.
Two Rock Dojo was founded in 1987 by Richard Strozzi-Heckler Shihan. We are affiliated with the California Aikido Association and train in Aiki principles with a sensibility of a martial context emphasizing taking Aiki training and principles into our everyday life.
